As our Customer Success Representative (CSR) you will provide a helping hand to our Partners who are growing their business with Wonderkind's Talent Attraction Technology.
Our Customer Success team quickly adapts to customer needs to deliver a human and consultative support experience through creative problem-solving and a thorough knowledge of how Wonderkind and the industry works.
Maximise customer happiness through support and service.
As our Customer Success Representative you will:
Manage all support inquiries from customers from A to Z and come up with solutions that exceed the expectations of customers/ customer SLA and positively boosts the relationship.
Master the CRM system keeping all customer information up-to-date and providing customer insights analytics.
Weekly reporting to the CSM on the progress within customer’s campaigns and providing suggestions for improvements on the service towards customers.
Execute reports and lead meetings for clients on performance and making suggestions for campaign improvement.
Set up and prepare new accounts to enhance a successful onboarding of our new partners.
Make suggestions to optimize quality and scalability in customer success processes
Analyze, consult, implement, target and optimize customer’s campaigns making recommendations to customers and ensure customer objectives are met
